Job Description
Full time position to assist with daily insurance related task in office.
Job Description:
- Documentation review
- Data Entry
- Filing - electronically and physically
- Scanning and copying documents
- Contacting customers regarding policy related inquiries
- Processing endorsements
- Policy review for retention
- Additional administrative task(s)
- Answering phone calls
- Processing endorsements/changing address/ changing vehicles etc
- Filing claims
- Rewriting policies from one carrier to another
- Processing payments
Qualifications:
- P & C license
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient data entry skills
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task independently or as part of a team
- Able to take direction
- Self starter and motivated
- Must have a good understanding of insurance jargon and terminology
Benefits:

- Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm
